Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Sree Laxmi Mahal. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and website.

2. Bookings and Reservations

All event bookings are subject to availability and require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance must be paid as follows:

• 50% of the total amount 30 days before the event
• Remaining 50% 7 days before the event

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 60 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit
• 30-60 days before the event: 25% refund of the deposit
• Less than 30 days: No refund

4. Damages and Liabilities

The client is responsible for any damages caused to the venue or its property by the client or their guests during the event. A security deposit may be required, which will be refunded after the event if no damages occur.

5. Outside Vendors

Outside vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.) must be approved by Sree Laxmi Mahal management. The venue is not responsible for the quality of services provided by outside vendors.

6. Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior written consent. All food and beverage services must be provided by our approved caterers.

7. Decorations

All decorations must be approved in advance. The following are not permitted:

• Nails, tacks, or staples on walls or furniture
• Open flames (except for birthday candles)
• Confetti or glitter

8. Liability

Sree Laxmi Mahal is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property brought onto the premises by the client or their guests.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
